Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate the fact that you like to buy gym memberships at Lyberty.Fit. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our services.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Lyberty.Fit. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Lyberty.Fit, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Lyberty.Fit's Privacy Policy.

If there's something wrong with the membership you bought, or if you are not happy with it, we will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

 

Refunds

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

  • We DO NOT allow returns on sold memberships - online or in Lyberty.Fit Partner Gyms.

  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made - be they online or in Lyberty.Fit Partner Gyms.

  • We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our services.

  • We DO NOT engage in reselling memberships and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

 

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of services at some of our Partner Gyms, Lyberty.Fit may have to limit the number of services (memberships) available for purchase. Trust us, we're building them as fast as we can. Lyberty.Fit reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Lyberty.Fit confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered membership. In the event we cannot supply a membership you ordered, Lyberty.Fit will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

 

Your Consent

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

 

Changes to Our Return & Refund Policy
