When you attend 10 days out of 30 in any month during the entire period of your active gym membership, you are eligible to receive 2 bottles of pure milk from PROVILAC (www.provilac.com) at your doorstep. You can avail this offer only once.
When you attend 15 days out of 30 in any month during the entire period of your active gym membership, you are eligible to receive a pack of 3 Whey Bars from KILOBEATERS (www.kilobeaters.com) at your doorstep. You can avail this offer multiple times.
When you attend 14 days out of 30 in any month during the entire period of your active gym membership, you are eligible to receive 18 Premium Power Eggs from YOJANA POULTRY at your gym. You can avail this offer multiple times.
When you attend 16 days out of 30 in any month during the entire period of your active gym membership, you are eligible to receive 35% Discount Coupon for purchase of Resistance & Latex Loop Bands on www.fitster5.com. You can avail this offer multiple times.
When you attend 17 days out of 30 in any month during the entire period of your active gym membership, you are eligible to receive a Discount Coupon for purchase of any products where you get a 35% discount over & above the existing discount offered on www.fastandup.in. When you attend 18 days out of 30 in the first month, you are eligible for Personal Injury Protection Insurance. During the entire period of your active gym membership (before your sessions or validity gets over), you will be covered against any injuries during workout at the gym. Maximum coverage of Rs. 1,00,000 (in case of accidental death). Accidental Death (AD) INR: 1,00,000
Fracture during Session INR: 5,000
Accidental Dental Injury during Session: INR: 10,000
Ligament Tear during Session INR: 25,000
Hospicash Benefit INR 1,000 per day (Maximum 5 days)

ATTENDANCE BASED REWARDS

Download and install GYMSHIM MEMBERS APP from Google Play Store or Apple Store. Register with Phone Number and password provided.

Mark your attendance at the front desk every time you go to the gym.

There are rewards for attending 10 days to 18 days.

Injury Protection Insurance from SYMBO will be given only if you attend 18 days in the first month of your membership and follow the procedure to claim your reward.

Provilac Milk can be awarded only once per member.

Kilobeaters Whey Bars, Yojana Power Eggs, Fitster 5 and Fast and Up rewards can be claimed every month depending on eligibility.

Take a screenshot of your attendance screen on the GYMSHIM MEMBERS APP at the end of the month or when you complete 18 days in a particular month.
